MEETING NOTICE

 

Drainage Districts 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 21, 22, 25, 27, 28 and 29

 

The Dane County Drainage District Board has scheduled a public meeting to discuss items listed below.

Date:            February 22, 2018

Time:           6:30 p.m.

You have the right to inspect project documents related to any agenda item before the public hearing.  The project documents are available upon request.

All objections to the jurisdiction of the Drainage Board or to content, sufficiency or legality of issues must be submitted in writing to the Drainage Board prior to the hearing; such objections shall be set forth clearly and in detail.

 

AGENDA

1.      Call to order

2.      Review/approve minutes of October 19, 2017 meeting

3.      Status of Assessment rolls – need to provide assessment draft to Sun Prairie for work to be done in Districts 8 and 9, including treatment plant costs

4.      Approve new website changes.

5.      Engineering update on permit project cost or assessment and valuation of Sun Prairie treatment plant use of District #9

6.      Update on new legislation (2017 Wis. Act 115) – review checklist provided by Richard Castelnuovo

7.      District 4:  Report on findings of opening the main tile at Muller Rd crossing on 1/22/2018

8.      District 16:  1) Petition to Withdraw – Jyrki and Susanna Santapakka (due to wetlands restoration project with US Fish and Wildlife Service);  2) main tile problems ( Doug Wileman wants to re do some tiling but main may be damaged )

9.      District 22:  Cleaning work and Notice to be done in spring

10.  District 25:  Estimates to clear about 4000 feet of brush and trees.  Have about $800 on hand - need to set an assessment amount

11.  District 28:  Request for clearing trees and brush and cleanout work on the Kroneman property ( by Darren Kersten )
