Approval of minutes from December 9, 2020 meeting.

 

Old Business:

 

1.  Scott and Corine Schieldt, southwest of 1728 Hammond Road, Stoughton, WI, Dane County Petition No. 2020-11636, rezoning 16.4 acres from FP-35 to RR-16 to create one residential lot. 

 

New Business:

 

1.  Possin Living Trust, 1357 Tower Road, Stoughton, WI, Dane County, Petition No. 2020-11655, rezoning .46 acres from SFR-08 to RR-1, .68 acres from FP-35 to RR-1, and 33.4 acres from FP-35 to FP-1, expanding the size of an existing lot.

 

2.  Discuss ideas brought forth at the annual land use plan review

 

3.  Any pre-application conferences.
