12. New Business:

            a.  Discussion and necessary action on Scott and Corine Schieldt, southwest of 1728 Hammond Road, Stoughton, WI  Dane County, Petition No. 2020-11636, rezoning 16.4 acres from FP-35 to RR-16 to create one residential lot.

            b.  Discussion and necessary action on Possin Living Trust 1357 Tower Road, Stoughton, WI, Dane County, Petition No. 2020-11655, rezoning .46 acres from SFR-08 to RR-1, .68 acres from FP-35 to RR-1, and 33.4 acres from FP-35 to FP-1, expanding the size of an existing lot.

            c.  Discussion and necessary action on scheduling a meeting with the City of Stoughton regarding joint projects, whitewater park, etc. 

            d.  Discussion and necessary action on an additional heated bay in Town garage.

            e.  Convene to closed session:  Closed Session for Purposes of Conferring with Legal Counsel with Respect to Possible Litigation pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats, regarding replacement of culvert on Tower Rd.

            f.          Reconvene into open session to take possible action on items discussion during closed session.
