            a.  Closed Session pursuant to section 19.84(2) and 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats.  Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

            b.  Reconvene into open session immediately following closed session and take action as necessary.
