(CHAPTER 19 -SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM PERMIT)

The Town Board will hold a public hearing on Ordinance 01-2022 amending Chapter 19 of the Town Ordinances to create an ordinance for solar energy system permits at 6:00 p.m.  Following the public hearing, the Town Board will hold its regular bimonthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible after the public hearing, but not to begin earlier than 6:30 p.m.  A copy of proposed Ordinance 01-2022 is available at the Town Hall.
