13. New Business:

            a.  Discussion and necessary on Gregory Shaw, Dane County Petition No. 11305, rezoning 5.0 acres at 694 Taylor Lane from A-1EX to RH-1 to create a residential lot.

            b.  Discussion and necessary action on Town newsletter.

          c.  Convene to closed session:  Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of an employee.  Wis. Stats. Sec. 19.85(1)(c).  Evaluation of all appointed positions and discussion of appointing a Deputy Clerk to issue absentee ballots.

          d.  Reconvene into open session immediately following closed session.
