a. Dane County Rezone Petition #DCPREZ-2023-11975. D&J Alme Partnership, 2355 Leslie Road Parcel #0511-223-8500-7 5.2 Acres   From FP-35 to RR-4     Motion for Approval carried 5-0 at Planning Commission meeting.

b. Dane County C.U.P. #: DCPCUP-2023-02602.    D&J Alme Partnership, 2355 Leslie Road
Parcel #0511-223-8500-7    C.U.P. for more than one animal unit per acre (continued use up to 55 head of livestock) Added language: Permitting continued use of up to 55 head of livestock on the 5.2-acre parcel with recommendation that CUP expires at sale of property to non-
family member.    Motion for Approval carried 5-0 at Planning Commission meeting.

          b.  ATV – Will address when new attorney is hired

          c. Cell tower discussion – Kate McGinnity was going to inquire if town board needs to take action on new height requirement

          d. Discussion & necessary action on town driveways – Input on action town can take on two driveways

          e. Weight & speed limit on Hogie Road – Speed Board & camera findings

          f. Broadband –
