1. Dane County Rezone Petition DCPREZ-2023-12014, Cindy and Bill Nordness, 524 Hwy 138 to add 1 acre from adjacent FP-35 to RR-2.
2. Tad & Jeri Shumaker, parcel 026/0511-134-8000-0 at Hwy A and Washington Road. Review and recommend previous home dwelling existence to allow for a future home dwelling site.
§ Any pre-application conferences:
1. Review and recommend to Town Board for permitting a new home site to have a septic holding tank. Lakeland Builders, LLC parcel #026/0511-171-0156- 4 on Riverwood Estates Lot 6, Block 3.
2. Greg Shaw, parcel #026/0511-201-9621-0 interested in building site and split determination.
3. Any additional pre-application conferences.
4. Discuss any non-action items for Town Board referral:
