             a.  Ronald J. Cotter, 1494 Pleasant Hill Road, Dane County Petition No. 2018-11365, request to rezone 5.6 acres from A-1EX to A-2(4) and rezone 12.1 acres from A-1EX to A-2(8) creating two residential lots. 

            b.  Discussion and adoption of the Town of Dunkirk 2019 Budget.

            c.  Discussion and necessary action on setting date for Purchase of Development Rights referendum.
