1.  Alex Knudson, 830 US Highway 51, Stoughton, WI, Dane County Petition No. 2018-02442, request for Conditional Use Permit to have a limited family business performing auto repairs. 

 

New Business:

 

1.  Possin Living Trust, 1345 Tower Drive, Stoughton, WI, Dane County Petition No. 2019-11398, rezoning 1.03 acres from A-1EX to RH-1, shifting of property lines between adjacent land owners. 

 

2.  Discussion and necessary action on Dane County's comprehensive revision of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10).

 

3.  Any pre-application conferences.
