Dane County Zoning Permit
One set of plans with wall sections
WI Uniform Building Permit Application completed
Additions, Decks and Out Buildings
Dane County Zoning Permit
One set of plans
Names of contractors with addresses & phone numbers
Remodeling
Floor Plan showing project
Names of contractors with addresses & phone numbers
Estimated cost
Checks should be made out to Town of Dunkirk.
You can download the Permit Application. The fee schedule for building permits is with the building permit file. If you need to petition the Plan Commission about a change, you can find petitioning process information here.
