The Town Board regularly meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the Dunkirk Town Hall, which is wheelchair accessible. The Town Board welcomes the public to its open meetings.

Notices of upcoming meetings are posted at the Dunkirk Town Hall, Harried U-pick-Umm Farm on County Highway N, and the Town brush site on Collins Road.
